Cancellation Policy:

In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policies are honored:

    • It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair to all clients, a 48 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment.
    • We all experience unforeseen emergencies in life; some have more than others. Please try to limit emergency cancellations.
    • Those who habitually last minute cancel and/or no show may be asked to prepay for future services before booking is allowed. If you are frequently unable to respect the cancel/reschedule policy it may be determined that you will be better fit as a client in a different establishment.
    • If you are late your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive will determine if there is enough time to perform your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment you are responsible for the full session.
    • Communication is important during weather events and it is all of our responsibility to check the weather. In the event a snowstorm is coming please be in communication as soon as possible if you think you may need to reschedule.

 

PrePay Policy:

 

    • All prepaid services and package sales are final. Should you decide to discontinue your prepaid services, the amount paid, less the value of the services already rendered can be applied towards any other service on the menu and cannot be applied to retail. In the event only one service was redeemed in a package no discount will apply towards that service when transferring the balance as credit towards other services.

 

Other Policies:

 

    • For insurance and documentation purposes you may be photographed before and after certain procedures.
    • Your photos may be shared on social media with your verbal consent.
    • Moms need down time too however, if you find yourself in a position of needing to bring your child they must remain with you at ALL TIMES. If you feel your little one will be unable to sit patiently during your appointment it is asked that you schedule during a time when you can come alone. If your procedure has to come to an end early you will still be responsible for the cost of your appointment.
    • To ensure the safety of the practitioner, client and child, children are not allowed to be present during certain procedures.
